The Eden Project

The Eden Project's architecture is unforgettable. Huge biomes spectacularly constructed at the base of a disused clay pit. Each biome simulates the climate of a different environment. These include the 'World's largest rainforest in captivity with steamy jungles and waterfalls' and the Mediterranean Biome where you can see lemons trees, olive groves, vines and cork trees growing.

In addition to the biomes 'The Core' is used for art exhibitions and an educational centre. There are hands-on exhibits which explore topics such as ecosystems, evolution and climate change.

The Eden project takes a fresh look at our world and our place in it, explores positive futures and shows what can be achieved when people work together.

The Eden Project's cafés and restaurants use fresh, healthy food that has been source ethically.

  • World-class sculpture and art
  • Experience a rainforest while on holiday in Cornwall!
  • See where sugar comes from and what a cola tree looks like
  • Enjoy relaxing and eating in Eden's cafés and restaurants
